Bison No.1 Solar Project 100% Rights Sold

Bison Energy K.K. completed the transaction of the Bison No.1 Solar Power Generation Plant located at Chita-Gun, Aichi on the 19th April 2018.
Developed by our Japanese team, the power plant, totaling 400Kw AC/ 415.8Kw DC.
Once the power generation plant is commissioned, it will generate approximately 540.50 MWh of electricity annually, which represents a reduction of approximately 380T CO₂ emission per annum.
CHUBU Electric Power Company have signed a Power Purchase Agreement to purchase all the electricity generated by the plant for the next 20 years.


The construction of BISON No.1 Solar Power Generation Plant will commence construction during Q1 of 2020 and is planned for commissioning by Q2 of 2020. The power generation equipment will be sourced and installed with JA Solar panels and HUAWEI inverters.
